Hi! I'm Una, a UIUX designer and behavioral researcher hoping to further my career in the design space.

I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. Currently at EverFocus. I have been influenced to look for problems around me and solutions to them constantly. As a self-motivated designer, I thrive on new challenges and opportunities that allow me to further develop and grow in my craft.

My Strengths
A generalist at heart, I got into product design because it allows me to pursue interests in creative, business, and psychology.

Armed with strong design roots in Fine Arts, instilled in me a deep appreciation for storytelling through visuals, which I apply to create compelling and intuitive user journeys. By combining my artistic background with a human-centered design approach, I strive to craft digital experiences that not only captivate users but also fulfill their needs and desires.

Led the design of two B2B and SaaS products, collaborating with the team from ideation to production to bring the products from 0 to 1. In the team, I was primarily responsible for the following tasks, ultimately achieving a 15% revenue growth rate for the company.

Directed the end-to-end design for Xfleet, a remote fleet management software that allows users to manage their fleets of vehicles from a centralized platform.

Conducted 4 user tests and made design adjustments based on user feedback.
